The first and most powerful way to connect with guests is through the environment into which we immerse them. Our team combines experience from Disney, Broadway, architecture, retail and hospitality to design experiences that are strikingly unique and deeply compelling.
As important as scenic design is, an experience needs more substance to avoid becoming a theater set without a play. We view every guest touchpoint as an opportunity to further a story or deepen a connection.
There’s nothing we hate more than beautiful decks full of infeasible ideas. Our production team is involved from Day One to further define creative boundaries, contribute to ideation, and chase early leads – and they don’t stop honing, advising, planning and communicating until well after the last guest has left.
Every load-in requires different plans, tools and crew, but one thing’s always constant: our team. We show up every time with a detailed plan and a readiness to roll up our sleeves and not stop working, leading, moving, solving, collaborating and cheering on until doors are ready to open – and then eventually close, after a successful, well-run production.
