As much as we all love our work, it’s not as important as you are. We take great care in crafting policies that provide meaningful support and flexibility to what life might throw your way, whether it’s somewhat small (like Mondays and Fridays being WFH-optional) or couldn’t be larger (like Parental, Bereavement and Hardship Leaves).
But even more so, we’re a small company that’s committed to remaining keenly aware and quickly responsive to addressing unique situations with integrity and generosity – and then updating/adding policies accordingly.
